Lakemont Community, Issaquah, Washington

This spacious home has a fully remodeled master bathroom. It was so much fun choosing tile to compliment the granite (the client had chosen). I also chose the accents and helped design the belly-band in the tile. We couldn't be happier with the final outcome of this bathroom. After choosing neutral colors for paint throughout the house, I was especially excited about staging the master bedroom. I decided to use punches of orange around the house and felt that it accented each room nicely, especially in this master-oasis. The sage green brought warmth and a sense of the outdoors-inside.

Here is a view from the entrance. The nook is a great spot to cozy-up with a book and a cup of coffee.

The kitchen is where I really had the opportunity to use the orange accents because of my inventory. I first decided on orange when I found the orange sunflower...this was my inspiration.

The wall above the fireplace was paintd a soft "oat-wheat" color and the orange accent picture really helps to bring the focus to the fireplace which is a highly sought-after addition to any home.

The formal entry was painted a soft "yellow-downy" color. Just enough to brighten the space and allow the white woodwork and wainscoat to "pop." Using dark espresso furniture really helps expose some of the homes best features in the designer woodwork and paint.

The exterior of the home.
